	Guests Arrive: Lemonade is available before the ceremony. After the Ceremony: •Fruit and cheese display of Brie, port salut, herbed chevre, blue castello, seasonal fruits, cool deco, crackers, and Crudite of fresh and marinated vegetables with a roasted red pepper dip. •Our great homemade flour tortilla chips, two salsas, the best guacamole you may ever have…add an Acapulco shrimp cocktail, with layers of greens, lemon, shrimp and light mango salsa, and you're rockin'! At the Buffet: •From the grill, the best flank steak you’ve ever had! •Cilantro marinated chicken •Rockin’ rockfish tacos •Yucatan rice salad •Chipotle black beans •Picante marinated vegetable salad •Salsa fresca, tomatillo salsa, cheese, sour cream and warm tortillas fresh from the griddle. After the Buffet: Locally roasted coffee and decaf from Acme coffee in seaside, and of course the cake cutting. Maybe cupcakes or a chocolate fountain if you are a bit non-traditional.
