Guests Arrive:
Lemonade is available before the ceremony.

At the Buffet:
•From the grill: orange marinated breast of chicken/mango salsa
•Monterey Bay salmon filet with a pesto of cherry tomatoes, basil, cucumbers & poached garlic
•Orzo pasta salad with fresh herbs, feta and roasted pine nuts
•Marinated and grilled vegetables
•Green and yellow wax beans
•Salad of Carmel Valley greens, candied walnuts, gorgonzola, raspberries and edible pansies
•Country French bread with sweet cream butter

After the Buffet:
Locally roasted coffee and decaf from Acme coffee in seaside, and of course the cake cutting. Maybe cupcakes or a chocolate fountain if you are a bit non-traditional.
