At Grapes of Wrath Catering, we are honored to be a part of the Holly Farm Family. We share the sense of true hospitality and welcome such that the Moses family embodies. In 2007, like 2006, we will be working hand in hand with Erin to create the day or weekend that you have envisioned.

At Grapes of Wrath, we always offer you many chances to meet with us and to sample different menus. We offer a monthly wine and food tasting along with access to our bridal showroom. At this time, you can check out linen colors, china, photographers, dj's and enjoy a no-pressure party atmosphere with us.

You can also peruse Dana's wholesale wine and beverage books, choosing the wines and beverages that you want, priced at grocery store prices. No restaurant prices, ever.

In thirteen years of catering we have never found a site that so fits the needs of wedding clients so well. The ability to step into your own world for the day and the night to follow is unique in this area. This is a great opportunity for all of us to create exceptional events with outstanding food and service. We look forward to this most wonderful collaboration!

This Q&A will help you with many of the frequently asked questions that come up.

BEVERAGES

  • You are more than welcome to bring your own wine and beer
  • You may order wine and beer from Grapes of Wrath Catering with the guarantee that the cost will ALWAYS be comparable to the grocery store price!
  • If you are just having a ‘signature drink’; that is, a specialty drink that is served only during the cocktail hour, you may bring the alcohol, and Grapes of Wrath Catering will prepare it for you.
  • For a full bar,  contact Bottles ‘n Bins Liquors and Vince will set you up with full service including a bartender
  • There is always a $5.00 per guest charge that covers all ice, ice chests, chilling, soft drinks and bottled water
  • coffee service is always included in the menu price

MENUS

  • Dana will work with you to be sure that the menu  chosen is of YOUR design.  
  • Grapes of Wrath Catering offers a food and wine tasting plus mini bridal show on the last Sunday of each month.  You are welcome to bring your family and enjoy a party with us!
  • We can offer rehearsal dinners through hangover brunches

STAFFING

  • Each event will have 3 greeters to help your guests feel welcomed
  • There will be 2 bartenders during the cocktail hour  
  • We will work together to determine the level of staffing for your event.
  • all staff are professionals and are uniformed

DEPOSITS

  • $1000.00 deposit to hold the date so that we can turn away other business!
  • The deposit does not lock you into numbers or food choices we will continue to discuss and plan your wedding over the next few months but we do want to ensure that we are available to do your wedding!

  • Passed Hors d’oeuvre creations…one chef making 5 different hors d’oeuvres for the guests…. ingredients displayed on cool platters.. apricot chevre in endive, skewered grilled prawns with lime chipotle, dill smoked salmon on black bread with lemon aioli and fresh herb garnish, seared sesame tofu with sweet chili sauce and one more to be chef’s choice
