Favorite Cocktails
Mango Margaritas- Traditional Margaritas served on the rocks with our without salt with our special real mango and lime puree. This goes perfectly with the Tostadita Griddle at Appetizer Hour!
Raspberry Mojitos- We add blended real raspberry couli to the traditional Cuban favorite made with rum, fresh lime juice, mint and simple syrup and serve them in highball glasses with a slice of lime.
Mai Tais- These really set the tropical mood! We serve these in a tulip shaped glass and garnish with a spear of orange, pineapple and cherry.
Minted White Wine Sangria- A Grapes of Wrath specialty! We mix brandy, white wine, a mix of fruit juice, mint and diced fresh fruit for amazing Sangria that is always a crowd favorite.
Mint Juleps- A refreshing southern favorite made with Bourbon Whiskey, Mint, Sugar and Water in a high ball glass garnished with mint.
Sex On The Beach- Vodka, Peach Schnapps, Orange and Cranberry. Make up your own cool name!
Lemondrop Cocktail- Absolut Citron, Lemonade a sugared rim and lemon wheel in a tulip glass- YUMM!

Gaumosas- Holly Farm’s signature drink of Champagne and guava juice.
Candied Hibiscus - The candied Hibiscus flower turns the champagne a beautiful rose color and you can eat it when you get to the bottom of the glass!
Bellini- Proseco and peach puree- one of Italy’s most popular drinks!
Sparkling Pomegranate Blueberry - A drizzle of POM Pomegranate Blueberry and Pomegranate Liqueur makes this an amazing color and flavor.
Kir Royale Traditional- Made with champagne and Chambord Raspberry Liqueur- a champagne classic.
Melonball Kir Royale- Made with champagne and Midori Melon Liqueur – a tasty twist on an old favorite with a gorgeous color!
Lavender Champagne- Served with lavender syrup and a sprig of lavender for a beautiful liquid garden treat.
