We will now be offering our tastings as quarterly seasonal events so that we can showcase a wider variety of seasonal food at each tasting. You will be able to sample several types of appetizers, meat, seafood, chicken, potato, rice and grains, and salads at each tasting.

Wedding and Event Planning
Owner Dana Carnazzo brings a combined 25 years experience in Catering, Fine Dining and Event Management to the planning of your event.
Listening between the lines we hear your likes and dislikes, visions and dreams. We can help you find the unique site that matches your dream and budget and work with you to design a menu, incorporating award winning cuisine and our great local offerings from the sea and the field. We guide you in putting together a time line and comprehensive plan for your day: which we execute from beginning to end . . . from toasting to cake cutting so that you can relax and enjoy your party. On the day of your event one of our long-term Management Team (that you will meet with before hand) leads a professionally trained staff from beginning to the end of the event to ensure a calm and successful event. We also take care of all of your rentals and linen, touch base with all of your vendors on the day of, create your tablescape and place your favors per our plan. We can also recommend trustworthy vendors that we know do a professional job with music, lighting, photography, flowers and cakes.
All of the above event/wedding planning is included in the price of your event! Please do talk to Dana or Tamie if would like to add additional wedding planning services.

Staying current and fresh in the Catering and Event Management World means continuing education to stay on top of trends and time and money saving tips, which we take very seriously! Every year for the past 12 years Dana has attended the Catersource Conference- North America’s largest Catering and Events Conference. Tamie has attended the past 6 years and last year we brought Sue with us as well!
This year Dana and Tamie are taking a break from this conference to “finally make it official” and become Certified Wedding Planners through WIPA. So much of what we do is about the small details that make your event memorable. Though we have both been doing this for years becoming officially “Certified Wedding Planners” we can offer an additional piece of mind for our brides and their families.
